By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Quotations & Cost Estimates

• Survey & Estimates: All estimates provided verbally, via email, or through online quotation forms are preliminary and based on the inventory details shared by the customer.
• Final Price Adjustments: The final payable amount is calculated based on the actual physical volume of goods, weight, distance, special packing materials used, floor levels, availability of elevators, and additional labor required at the source/destination locations.
• Taxes & Toll Fees: Quotations exclude state entry taxes, octroi, green taxes, highway toll charges, parking fees, and statutory taxes (such as GST) unless explicitly specified in writing in the official consignment note/bill.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• Advance Booking Fee: A mandatory booking deposit or partial payment is required to confirm the packing date, vehicle allocation, and labor crew assignment.
• Payment Schedule:
  • A minimum of 50% to 80% of the total agreed invoice value must be cleared upon completion of loading at the origin point prior to vehicle dispatch.
  • The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon arrival of the transport vehicle at the destination address before offloading begins.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made exclusively via verified official banking channels (UPI, Bank NEFT/IMPS/RTGS, or official business QR codes). Cash payments must be recorded with an official physical receipt issued by an authorized company representative.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are strictly prohibited from packing or surrendering the following items for transportation. Agarwalsain Packers and Movers Hyderabad assumes zero liability for loss, confiscation, or legal penalties resulting from non-compliance:

• Hazardous Materials: Explosives, compressed gas cylinders, matchboxes, fireworks, kerosene, petrol, diesel, paints, thinners, or corrosive chemicals.
• Perishable & Contraband Items: Food items prone to spoilage, illegal substances, contraband, firearms, ammunition, or restricted goods under Indian law.
• High-Value Personal Belongings: Cash, currency notes, gold, silver, jewelry, precious stones, original legal documents, property deeds, share certificates, passports, or expensive personal electronics (e.g., laptops, tablets, mobile phones). Customers must personally carry these items.

5. Transit Insurance & Liability Policy

• Declared Goods Value: Transit insurance is strictly optional but strongly recommended. Insurance coverage applies only if selected, paid for, and documented on the official consignment note prior to dispatch.
• Third-Party Underwriting: Transit insurance coverage is issued through licensed, third-party national insurance underwriting companies. All claims are subject to the terms, conditions, depreciation clauses, and evaluation procedures of the respective insurance provider.
• Uninsured Shipments: If a customer declines transit insurance coverage, goods travel entirely at the owner’s risk (Owner’s Risk / Full Risk of Shipper). Agarwalsain Packers and Movers Hyderabad will not be liable for accidental transit damage, road accidents, theft, fire, or natural disasters.
• Pre-Existing Conditions & Mechanical Integrity: We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, denting, internal mechanical/electronic failures of appliances (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, washing machines) without external physical packing damage.

6. Delivery Timelines & Delays

• Estimated transit timeframes provided to customers are indicative and based on normal driving conditions.
• Uncontrollable Delays (Force Majeure): We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, flooding, landslides, road blockades, national or state strikes (bandhs), mechanical vehicle breakdowns, police/RTO checkpost inspections, or government restrictions.

7. Claims & Inspection Procedure

• Mandatory Inspection at Delivery: The customer or designated representative must inspect all packages, boxes, furniture, and appliances immediately upon unloading at the destination.
• Reporting Claims: Any physical transit damage or missing packages must be explicitly noted on the physical copy of the Delivery Receipt/Consignment Note before signing and reported in writing to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims reported after signing a clean delivery receipt without written remarks will not be entertained or accepted for insurance processing.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad / Sangareddy District, Telangana.
